Playing Movies ~ Bob Proctor

Have you ever wondered how children can sit through replay after replay of their favorite Lion King or Little Mermaid video? It amazes me that they'll voluntarily watch the same show every day without a single complaint or request for something new. What's more amazing, though, is that adults do the very same thing with their days. The majority of men and women play "movies" in their heads again and again, relentlessly focusing on the review of past events, most of which are unpleasant and disturbing experiences that have come their way. If they're actually able to stop their contemplation of past events, they allow impressions of their current surroundings and results to govern their lives. And, once in a while for variety's sake, they'll contemplate the future by either worrying about it, or daydreaming and wishing that something better might come along. And then they wonder why bad things keep happening to them, or why they never rise above the issues a

Business Junkie 101: Let It Be You ~ Jim Rohn

"The decision about what you will become is made each day and every day. Each day someone is making the decision to better him or herself. Let that person be you!"   Business Junkie 101: Let It Be You ~ Jim Rohn :

Let It Be You ~ Jim Rohn

Each and every day, there are people all around the country and world who are living their dreams. Millionaires are made every day. Families are experiencing tremendous relationships. People are becoming more and more healthy. Lifelong learners are growing intellectually and improving their chances for success. The fact is that living the life of your dreams is possible. People prove that every day. Someone somewhere is going to get rich, get healthy and improve their life. My recommendation is this: Let it be you! Have you ever wanted to make more money? Have you ever looked at someone who has money and wished that it could be you? People think about getting wealthy all of the time, when only a small percentage actually does. But any of the masses could. Someone is going to start a business. Someone is going to make a great investment. Someone is going to begin the journey to great wealth. So why not let it be you? Someone is going to decide to improve their relationships. Someone

Life Is a Piece of Cake …when you focus on the good stuff! ~ Pam Grout, author of E-Squared

"Defenses are but foolish guardians of mad illusions."—A Course in Miracles I have four main intentions: peace of mind,  surety of purpose,  clear, unmistakable guidance and  unceasing joy .  I used to keep that last intention to myself. People tended to think it was foolhardy and not at all possible. “What?” they’d mock. “How can anybody be joyful 24/7?” What I now know is that any other goal is simply irresponsible. Our only function here on Planet Earth is to having a rollicking good time. I mean, we are meant to laugh and have fun and enjoy ourselves at every moment. And I refuse to feel guilty for proclaiming that. Recently, I’ve been getting emails from people wanting more tips on how to manifest, how to kick their natural, create-their-dreams skills into high gear. So, here are the three best techniques I can offer for letting go and letting your every intention happen: 1. Focus on the end result . Period. Do not give any air-time

The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step

“Nothing moves until you move”, that is what Robin Sharma likes to say. Nothing happens until you do something. You are always – all ways – the first cause of whatever comes to you. Often we are reluctant to move towards our goals because we can see the beyond what we can see or evaluate with our five sense. And often base what we can achieve upon what others have done and what we may have done before. But we somehow someway have to be naive of what has been if we hope to achieve something spectacular in our lives. We must dare to be naive and make things happen. The great live out of their imagination and not their memories. Chained by what is certain you have forfeited freedom. We so frequently spend life on the safe harbour, too afraid to sail out into the sea of the unknown. However, to bring some relief t our days, and make them extraordinary, let us remember what Steve Jobs observed:  “Again, you cannot connect the dots of your life looking forward. You can only connect them look

"The reasonable man adapts himself to the world. The unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore all progress in the world depends on the unreasonable man."~ George Bernard Shaw

It is reasonable for people to go in a direction where there is less resistance. This can be easily understood even further by thinking of human beings a electrical charges in the current circuit called the universe. It is a known physics fact that charges will always seek to pass through a conductor with less resistance than the one with more resistance. Not that there aren't charges that go through the more resistant conduct, just that the majority prefer the easier/common route. For years or since the begin of human experience, man has always encountered a fork in a road, and deciding which to take determined what sort of experience one would have through the journey called Life. "Two roads divulge in the road, and I took the road less travelled by and that has made all the difference". Robert Frost. Life is really fun if you can learn to deal with the uncertainty factor that's engraved at its core. However, because of this resistance or uncertainty th

In = Out

“Don’t lower your expectations to meet your performance. Raise your performance to meet your expectations. Expect the best of yourself and then do what is necessary to make it a reality.”~  Ralph Marston Just a quick and simple thought, if you want/expect the best in life, you have to do your best in life. You have to get good at life . It becomes a matter of reaping what you have sowed. You have to give your all if you want to get to a fulfilling life. That is why the road to extraordinary is never easy to travel, for you need to put out something extra than the ordinary to get back the extraordinary. The Law of Cause and Effect . You have to give most if not all of yourself to that which you want to accomplish and hope will be waiting for you down the line. As Seneca pointed out, “It is the rough roads that lead to the heights of greatness.” Ultimately the power to change and shape your experiences in life is governed by the choices you make. Having clarity of what you want or consid

THE WHY IN THE WHAT ~ By Humphrey Kubheka

I believe that inspiration is a source in a great life lived. Inspiration is the thing that moves one from a very dull, uninteresting and hopeless state of being. To an energised, clear minded and purposeful state of being. I know for one that if I were to keep pursuit of my goals and plans, a sense of inspiration needs to be present. And so as you set off to achieve, accomplish and to reach whatever objective or desired results, mostly it is with that sense of inspiration that you begin your respective endeavours. But as with many of us, while on our way pursuing our visions things somehow get to a dull, fussy and hopeless state. Even the very thing you set out to do seem quiet dull and pointless.  Your energy levels and drive all but dissipate. Your efforts and input seems to yield not much desired results and with that comes a lot of negative self talk like:” do I think I am really going to make it? Maybe my vision is just too lofty to be actually realized” and so forth. To the poin
