I recently had an interesting discussion with a friend. Both of us are in Mozambique for some commissioning work at a mine site, and on our way to the market after knocking off for the day, we started having a random conversation about Mozambique and South Africa. The talk was started when we observed on the side of the road some juveniles ploughing the soil. I had found it quite odd that there were guards, in  khaki  shirts and pants, watching over this “workers”, and my colleague quickly pointed out that they were actually inmates. He then remarked that it is not like in South Africa where inmates are treated like royalty as they get free food, a decent shelter and free education, to name just a few of the perks. He then said he doesn’t like South Africa because of the crime. I will not assume a position of denying this present situation. "Wealth" seems to be monopolised and to some degree it probably is and there has been outcry for “redistribution of wealth”. However, it would be liberating to remember and acknowledge that the “wealth” that   is monopolised is only the erroneous idea about wealth that most people have been blinded with, which is mainly monetary. It is only a fraction, or a pot of gold, of the mountain of gold that lies unnoticed or explored. Getting what you want is success ; and success is an effect , coming from the application of a cause . Success is essentially the same in all cases; the difference is in the thing that successful people want but not in the success. Success is attainment, without regard to the things attained. It is a law in nature that like causes always produce like effects; therefore, since success is the same in all cases, the cause of success MUST be the same in all cases. The cause of success is always IN the person who succeeds. You will see that this must be true, because if the cause were in nature, OUTSIDE the person, then all persons similarly situated would succeed. It would be wholly a matter of neighbourhood.
