"I only write Wisdom." Some may say that is rather arrogant of me to claim but the reason I say that is, I don't have only one reference to the insights I share. Some come from esoteric truths, others, from financial books, and others even from the bible. And that's one fundamental truth I live and know, that "there is truth in everything. There is wisdom in all paths." The traveler will be able to grasp the truth of the path before him if he is open in heart and mind; For all paths are meant to bring us closer to self-actualization of who we really are, even though at times our perceptions and understandings may limit us seeing that. Did you know that God finds all choices to be beautiful? ALL, not some. Man find some choices not pleasing to their prejudices, and some pleasing, and many want to convince you that’s how God sees them as well. By God I am referring to the energy that is pulsating in every blade of grass, in every thunder storm, lion's roar and the orbiting of planets. The Source that is within you which is in everything. As I was reading a book I just got  recently by    Dr. Lindelani Mnguni, the was a psalm that the author had quoted Psalm 139: 13 - 14 says, "for you formed my inwards parts; you covered me in my mother's womb. I will praise you for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. The hardest work any mind would ever have to do is, believing in what is not seen. Especially if it relates to their inner most wishes and desires. It doesn't matter if you're a believer or  skeptic , the truth still remains that every mind struggles with believing in their unseen desires. To be a visionary versus being an observer, for it is easy to be an observer, you simply have to look at what already is. To be a visionary it’s about disregarding what is and looking at what could be or would like to be. Many believe that facing reality is the most laudable thing. However, facing your dreams is what is commendable. If you ever want to cultivate some form of hope or a positive mental attitude in achieving anything, you have to learn to disregard(ignore) what is; for as long you see what you see, you going to get what you see. I recently went for my driving license test which was for the second time (ok, third time, but the first I didn’t even get to take it because I forgot my ID book). As most of you may know, even those who bought their license, that this is a really nerve wrecking experience. Primarily I think it’s not so much about the test but about the money you spend just for this test, it comes with a hefty price tag, excluding the Value Added Tax of examiner bribe (it’s an unspoken, but very clear and loud discrepancy). So as I said I went for my test and of course the last thing I dreaded was failing. Nervous as hell, I started humming the Stratton Oakmont tribal song from The Wolf of Wall Street movie. I kept on humming it and beating my chest in order to keep the nerves out and remain calm and focus, this went on for 20 minutes as I was waiting for my instructor. Watching a documentary on chimpanzees and I couldn’t help but be fascinated about the striking resemblance we have with them. How the look, and also how they communicate with each other especially in showing affection, I saw them kissing. A mother kissing her new born offspring something very similar and symbolic of how we show love to each other. This led me to thinking about evolution. Yes I know it has been debated so many times yet it never seems to reach an end. Maybe because there isn’t really a firm beginning that each side can begin from, only suspicions and assumptions. Often the debate starts off by asking, what came first, the chicken or the egg? Creationist will tell you that the chicken was created first in order to lay an egg. Evolutionists will argue that no it is the egg that gave existence to the chicken. Which of these is right? Who has it twisted and their head not screwed on straight? I am sitting in my room at a guest house after a day’s work, and I am reflecting back on the recent post I published on the Holistic Junkie Facebook page that has gotten some very interest and strong responses from people who were “disturbed” by it. I had to write a blog about it since it would have been too long to post for Facebook, plus to start curbing my dry season of not blogging (I apologise). This incident really got me thinking about how much we still need to go as a human race as a whole. People really don’t like it when someone holds a different opinion about things, about live. Things such as religion in particular. It always intrigues me to observe just how “innately” some of us refuse or avoid this area in our human issues. We easily can talk about things that are quite base in nature in comparison to really having a talk about things of more concern like the nature of what many of us call God, Religion, and values.
